Refund Policy

At Lightpost Wellness, your satisfaction and comfort are important to us. Please read our refund policy below:

 

1. Reiki and Coaching Services

• No refunds will be issued for completed Reiki or coaching sessions.

• If you cancel your session at least 12 hours in advance, you may receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge.

• Sessions canceled within 12 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

 

2. Package Deals or Multi-Session Bookings

• Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded on a prorated basis if canceled in writing.

• Partial refunds may be subject to a small processing fee.

 

3. Physical Products (Future Policy)

• A separate return/refund policy will be posted when product sales begin.

• We will honor refunds for damaged or defective items with proper documentation.
