Questions
Questions
Do I need experience to join a class?
Not at all. All classes marked "All Levels" are genuinely designed for beginners. Our teachers offer modifications throughout — you'll never feel lost.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just yourself and comfortable clothes. We provide mats, props, and water. Bring your own mat if you have one — but it's not required.
How does the Practice Together pass work?
Practice Together is our bring a friend option. When you select it at checkout, your pass reserves 2 spots: one for you and one for your guest. Please include your guest’s name and email at checkout so we can send their confirmation separately. Practice Together is available for eligible All Levels classes, based on space. If we cannot accommodate your selected class, we’ll help coordinate another option.
How do I book a class?
Book online through our website or call us at (929)356-9847.
What is your schedule?
